According to the Association for Pet Obesity Prevention, 59% of cats are overweight or obese. Along with diet, exercise is one of the most important things you can do to keep your cat happy and at a healthy weight. The best form of exercise is play. Take the time to play with your cat for at least 30 minutes every day.
